Yes, for one person's normal use. If an account goes far beyond 100 hours a month, we may get in touch or slow processing to keep the service fast for everyone. Sharing an account isn't allowed.
Yes, to stop future renewals. You keep Unlimited until the end of the period you paid for and you won't be charged again. Payments already made are not refunded, and minutes you bought stay in your account.
Payments are non-refundable, with a few exceptions: first-time subscribers within 7 days who transcribed less than 60 minutes, minute packs that haven't been used within 7 days, and billing errors. See our refund policy.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Waffo.com Limited, the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Waffo handles billing, taxes and invoices. We never see your card details.
